TEAM MEMBERSHIPS

Unlimited access for teams of three or more who need a workspace to connect IRL. Teams receive unlimited day passes to access our workspaces, and conference room hours included each month.

We partnered with Hopscotch Labs to create a safe, reliable, Montessori-inspired onsite playcare program at The Coven Cary, designed for children ages 6 months to 6 years.

Full-Access Member Rates:
$11/hour per child or $65/day

Standard Rates (4hr minimum):
$12.75/hour per child or $75/day

  • For members on a full-access membership (Grow, Team plans, Private Office or Dedicated Desk plans), priority, on-demand bookings are available in our member portal. Full-access members also receive discounted rates, and are able to book childcare by the hour.
    Build Members & Day Pass users have access to childcare, but will need to get in touch with our team to confirm availability at least 48 hours in advance, and require a 4 hour minimum for bookings.

  • The Coven Cary playcare is here to help during the core pre-school years and when your regular childcare option isn’t available—sick nanny, closed childcare, etc. It’s a great bridge option for parents who are not yet ready yet to have their children in full-time care or who are waiting out a list. And of course we love having regulars! Right now we welcome children ages six months to six years old.

  • Yes! Please bring any snacks you want your child to have while they are in the playcare. We currently designate our childcare space as a nut free zone, so please make sure you do not send any snacks containing nuts or peanuts.

    When we have a member child who has other allergies, we may ask that parents not provide certain foods to make sure that we can provide a safe environment for their child, but that will be clearly communicated to parents. Our providers receive allergy alerts every day for each child with sensitivities.

  • We usually do not have spots left to accommodate walk-ins on any given day. All childcare must be reserved in advance through the member app, email or phone call. If you have a last-minute need, please reach out via phone! Fridays are generally when we have spots available for trial days. Please email us in advance if you would like to try out The Coven on a Friday.

  • Our play space is Montessori-inspired and encourages children to play and engage in micro-educational experiences. Session attendance is limited to help families and children have a more calm play experience and so we can maintain our very small student to teacher ratio.

    Our staff are all qualified professionals who have experience working with children. They are there to lifeguard and encourage children to explore the space on their own, try new things, and make new friends.

  • We require all non-potty trained children to be freshly diapered when they arrive to Blush playcare and you are welcome to use our private children’s bathroom/diaper changing facility. Our staff is happy to handle diaper changes or text the parent on site to come in and do diaper changes depending on your preference.

  • You may drop off your child and pick them up at any point during a session, but you may want to keep in mind the typical flow of the day.

    Our schedule may vary a bit based on the age range signed up for the day, but the typical flow for the morning session is:
    8:00 to 9:00 am - prep and free play
    9:00 to 9:45 am - snack and clean up
    9:45 to 10:00 am - potty, diaper transition and wash hands
    10:00 to 10:45 am - Circle time with songs, books, lesson, crafts
    10:45 to 11:00 am - clean up craft, potty/diaper break, transition to movement
    11:00 to 11:30 am - outside time or indoor movement
    11:30 am - pick activity/independent play
    11:45 am - cleanup/ready for pickup
    11:50 am - bubbles and pickup

  • Members and non-members will be charged at the end of each day. Members are charged for the hours used, with a minimum of 2 hours and rounded up to the nearest hour. Nonmembers will be charged for a session or the full day. If you cannot use your scheduled hours, please let us know and you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

    If you are a member and would like to set up monthly payment or book a block of childcare hours to pay in advance and use as needed, please let us know and we can set up the billing details.
