HQ Marketing Team
Marketing Intern
The Coven is a dynamic and forward-thinking organization dedicated to creating workspaces created for belonging and designing the future of work. We seek a passionate and creative individual to join our Marketing Team as Marketing Intern. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving marketing initiatives at the headquarters level and supporting Community Owners with company-wide promotions and planning. This position is a three month internship commitment with the option to extend into the fall.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Content Creation:
Leverage design skills using Canva to create visually appealing and engaging marketing materials, including graphics, presentations, and social media assets. Organize digital campaign assets for community Owners within our Franchise shared drive.
Social Media Management:
Manage and curate content for our social media platforms, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
Marketing Operations Support:
Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content for various channels, including social media, email, and website.
Project Management:
Coordinate and manage various marketing projects, completing tasks within established timelines and budgets.
Learning Agility & Problem Solving:
Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools essential for the role. Programs and tools include Asana, Mighty Networks, Hubspot - CRM, Social media platforms, Google Suite, Adobe Suite, Canva, Notion, Squarespace.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with Canva for design purposes.
Previous experience in digital marketing is a plus.
Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service orientation with a natural ability to demonstrate hospitality.

Compensation & Schedule
$15 per hour, 20 hours per week to start
Hybrid position; mostly remote, with the expectation to join weekly on-site meetings at The Coven locations if schedule permits. Annual membership to The Coven included as part of the internship.
THE COVEN NORTHEAST
Space Operations Liaison
7:30AM ~ 11:30AM | 3 shifts/week | $18/hour
We’re seeking a warm, organized, and hospitality-minded individual to join us as a Space Operations Liaison. This part-time role centers on the day-to-day operations of our physical space—opening the space, managing bookings, maintaining a welcoming environment, and supporting members and guests.
You’ll also provide tours to walk-in visitors and assist with community engagement to help grow and nurture our community.
What You'll Do
Open and prepare the space for an 8:00 AM start (shift begins at 7:30 AM)
Greet members, guests, and walk-ins at the front desk
Give tours to potential members or curious visitors
Manage meeting room bookings and set up rooms between uses
Maintain the coffee bar and common areas—restocking and cleaning
Support light event setup and logistics as needed
What You Bring
Strong hospitality instincts and a welcoming attitude
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and multitask during slower and busier periods
Comfortable providing tours and engaging with guests
Basic content skills a plus - experience with Hubspot, Office RnD or other CRM or POS
Reliable transportation for consistent on-time attendance
The Schedule
Part-time: 3 mornings per week
Shift: 7:30 AM – 11:30 (approx.)
Occasional evening or weekend event support as needed.
Compensation & Details
$18/hour, paid bi-weekly
Approx. 12/hours per week
Part-time, non-exempt (eligible for overtime if applicable)
Reports to: Community Engagement Manager or Community Owner
